Jacinta Monroe yet to return to Mann Filter

As Juan Manuel Muñoz on encancha.com reports, American center Jacinta Monroe is yet to return to Mann Filter Zaragoza after her Christmas break in the States.

Monroe last played for Zaragoza before the Christmas break. She averaged 10 points and 6 rebounds in Spanish league.

Mann Filter gave her an extra week off after the Christmas break to fix things with her visa, but that time has passed and she’s still in the States. Team believes that a 25 day delay in salary payment is the reason for her absence. Report mentions that this is the first delay of payment of the season. While they’re keeping contact with the player, Zaragoza team officials don’t seem too optimistic about seeing Monroe back.

Mann Filter currently are tied for third position in Spanish league and are set to play Perfumerias Avenida this weekend.
