Lattes Montpellier withdraw from EuroLeague Women, Mondeville to take their place?

This is the week in which EuroLeague Women participants should become more or less determined.

As French club Mondeville writes on their site, they have been offered a place in EuroLeague Women after Lattes Montpellier have refused to play there.

According to French basketball federation regulations the three teams that have a spot in ELW based to last season’s results are Bourges, Montpellier and Arras.

Mondeville finished fourth in LFB behind Bourges, Montpellier and Challes-les-Eaux.

Their management will make their decision by the weekend.
