Updated FIBA rankings following the Olympics

Olympics were the only major basketball tournament for women this year so we can update the FIBA rankings.

These rankings are more or less useless as they don’t seem to be used anywhere else than teams saying they’ve defeated x ranked team in media.

Points have been recalculated by subtracting points earned in 2004 Athens Olympics and adding the ones earned in London. Point system is explained here.

Biggest climbers are Great Britain (+26), Croatia (+10) and Turkey (+8) while New Zealand (-6), Greece (-5) and Nigeria are the biggest sliders in the standings.
