Russian guard Ilona Korstin has announced on her blog on Russian news site sports.ru, that she has signed with Dynamo Moscow for the upcoming season.

She returns to Russia after spending a season abroad. She started last season with Besiktas in Turkey, finishing it in Spain with Perfumerias Avenida.

In 13 games with Avenida she averaged 5.3 points and 3.2 rebounds per game.

Korstin has previously played in Russia for VBM-SGAU, CSKA and Sparta&K.

Dynamo Moscow have assembled an interesting squad for the upcoming season which could easily trouble some of the big 3 teams, not to mention be one of the main favorites in EuroCup Women. They’ve brought back last season’s leaders Crystal Langhorne and Kristi Toliver and signed the likes of Laura Harper, Tatiana Vidmer, Svetlana Abrosimova, Snezana Aleksic, Nadezhda Grishaeva and Irina Sokolovskaya.
