Competition for the top three places has finished after seven of eight game days as Greece, Germany and Hungary have clinched their spots in Division A in 2013.
Greece was the first team to advance as Vasiliki Tarla made a layup with 10 seconds remaining regulation to give Greece the win and the first place in Division B. Anna Stamolamprou scored 26 points for Greece, Artemis Spanou picked up a double-double with 15 points and 16 rebounds.
Another big game was between Germany and Czech Republic, where Germans with the win clinched a top three place, also helping Hungary to do the same. Finja Schaake had 17 points for Germans.
Hungary and Germany can in theory end up in a tie with Czech Republic and/or Romania for the third place, but both of them have defeated the Czechs and Romanians in head to head games, so both of them have locked up their top three places.
In the cellar dwellers game Bulgaria earned their first win of the tournament by defeating Switzerland. Israel defeated Belgium despite not playing their leader Bar Galinski.
