Spanish club UNB Obenasa has announced they have inked Greek forward Aikaterina Sotiriou for the upcoming season.
Sotiriou returns to Spain after playing for Mann Filter Zaragoza last season for 19 games before returning back to Greece. There she averaged 5.6 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
She played for Greece this summer, being the team’s third leading scorer and rebounder with 7.4 points and 4.1 rebounds per game. Greece did not qualify for EuroBasket Women 2013.
UNB finished 13th last season.
