WNBA has announced it’s players of the week, naming Atlanta’s Lindsay Harding and Minnesota’s Maya Moore.
Harding led Atlanta to a 2-1 record for the week as the Dream improved to 16-14 overall, third best in the Eastern Conference. In the process, the sixth-year pro ranked second in the East in assists (6.3 apg), tied for fourth in scoring (19.3 ppg), and tied for fifth in steals (1.67 spg), while leading the conference in minutes (36.3 mpg).
Moore ranked second in the Western Conference in both scoring (21.3 ppg) and rebounds (11 rpg), led the West in steals (3.3 spg) and minutes (36 mpg), tied for sixth in assists (4.0 apg), and ranked seventh in free throw percentage (.867 on 13-of-15 shooting).
