On the day of EuroBasket Women 2012 draw, the French Basketball Federation has announced that both NT head coaches have been extended throughout EuroBasket Women 2013.
So the French women at their home will be led by Pierre Vincent.
Led by Vincent the French NT has had their biggest success – a European Championship in 2009 and an Olympic silver medal in 2012.
During the club season Vincent is coaching ASVEL in top French men’s league, which might pose some issues – EuroBasket Women 2013 starts on June 15 which is the last possible date of play in the men’s league.
