Indiana obliterates Minnesota, is one win away from WNBA championship

Indiana Fever went on a 11-0 run in the first quarter, 12-0 run in the second quarter and a 16-0 run in the third quarter as they humiliated the defending WNBA champions in front of a sold out (18165) Bankers Life Fieldhouse crowd.

Tamika Catchings led Indiana in the first quarter with 11 points, Shavonte Zellous had 13 points in the second quarter. First Minnesota Lynx player to reach double digits was Rebbekah Brunson in the final minutes of the third quarter.

Indiana’s lead reached 37 points before they eased up in the final quarter scoring just 2 points and allowing Minnesota’s bench to get as close as down 1.
