Monica Wright signs with defending WNBL champions Dandenong Rangers

Defending WNBL champions Dandenong Rangers have signed American wing Monica Wright for the upcoming season, LWB has learned.

Wright has just finished her season with Minnesota Lynx in the WNBA, where her team fell to Indiana Fever in the finals. During the regular season Wright averaged 8.6 points, 2.4 rebounds and 1.9 assists per game.

Before that she played for Botas in Turkey, where she averaged 20.5 points, 4.5 rebounds and 2.2 assists per game.
