Problem in Spain, most coaches and trainers don’t allow enough warm up and stretching, they think its OK just to run. It comes from that most have never been a player on a decent level, and don’t understand the stiffness and pain that comes from improper preparation. Many injuries all over Europe because this is overlooked. In NBA, teams start prepping 3 hours before a game, the stronger the player, the more prep they need.
